represent both buyers and sellers as an agent
with Evers & Co. in Northwest Washington,
D.C. I have chosen to build my real estate
career with Evers & Co. because it is a firm
known for its superb attention to clients
and their specific needs. Licensed in both
Maryland and the District of Columbia, I concentrate
on properties in Upper Northwest D.C., and
in the Montgomery County, Maryland, communities
of Chevy Chase, Bethesda, Rockville and Potomac.
I sell 25 to 30 homes a year, at an average
sales price of over $1 million. This number
of sales is small enough to let me be hands-on
throughout the process. The buyers I work
with are a diverse group, ranging from first-time
buyers in the condo market to discretionary
buyers in the upper brackets. I am also experienced
